Where does the rucking session take place?

We are based in Manly, Sydney’s Northern Beaches, where we offer our most unique rucking experience. Our guided rucks take you through the stunning Harbour National Park, past beautiful beaches, and into hidden gems only locals know. However, we can also come to you! Whether you're in another part of Sydney or even interstate, we can arrange a customized rucking experience tailored to your needs.

We also work with each company to determine the best location—this could be near your office, at a park, or on corporate grounds.

Can the program be customized for our company’s specific goals?

Yes! We offer one-time experiences and multi-week team-building programs (4, 6, or 8 weeks). Sessions can focus on resilience, leadership, or stress management, depending on your company’s needs.

Do you offer sessions for large groups?
